Shipping policy

  • All orders will be shipped within 3 days or placing the order.
  • If shipping label cannot be created, we will contact you via email or phone (if provided).
  • If the costumer has not responded to our email or phone call within 72 hours, we will cancel and refund your purchase.
  • If a refund is issued, you will be charged a $5 re-stocking fee.
  • All orders are shipped with tracking. If an orders says it has "been delivered", we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
